Due to the continued expansion of our Direct and EOL portfolios, we're seeking experienced Supervisors to join our busy VIC team! These roles are pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of residential and large loss repairs.  Each Supervisor will be each predominantly be servicing either the Northern, South Eastern or Bayside areas.As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in driving successful project outcomes while enhancing your construction expertise. You'll be responsible for:• Engaging and coordinating trades to keep projects on track• Monitoring project progress and forecasting monthly revenue• Preparing schedules and ensuring smooth project timelines• Upholding quality standards and ensuring WHS compliance• Collaborating with clients to provide exceptional service• Managing budgets to deliver top-quality outcomes• Working closely with our Procurement team to onboard and manage subcontractors and suppliersWhat We're Looking For:We value individuals with proven skills in construction supervision, particularly in building repairs across domestic and commercial properties.
